In the time that I was making wine at home, I was surprised to find that almost everyone I speak to you think that sounds like a lot of fun and would like to try for themselves. However, almost none of them did and why you do not know?
Because they thought it would be too difficult!
At first I was impressed by this. I knew that wine was difficult at all, but as I thought I could kind of see why someone who has never done it before and knew very little about the process might come to think that making wine is some strange and complicated voodoo.

However, if you are really reluctant to try to create your own wine making kit then I strongly urge to go and buy a premade kit. They are much easier for newcomers to work with.
